YES!

Finally read through all 40 pages over the past week or so! This is so awesome! I'm so glad I didn't miss the vote either.

Glad to have you with us, and I'm glad you're liking the LP! And don't worry, it'll be a long, long while before the vote happens.

Well I just spent the last two hours catching up from the begining of the Iris chapter. Thank god I was underwater for two months and could pretty much skip right to the begining of Sumire's chapter.

Welcome back! And, yes, that's some pretty good timing right there.

More importantly, I want to hear how you didn't drown.

When picking responses, do you go for optimal points, or just go for whatever seems most natural for Ogami?

A little from column A, a little from column B. Generally, I tend to lean towards garnering points; all the better if the choice that nets you the greatest boosts is also the most ridiculously bizarre.

Oh great, mutant flowers. Just what every garden needs.

Imagine how boring it would be if all you needed to do to care for flowers was to water them.

The courtyard scene was like some freakish approximation of how Harvest Moon would have been if its interface had been that of a traditional dating sim.

- Water the plants
- Check on your animals
- Till the land with the twin cursed hoes, Agony and Malice, and make the ground weep as you plant radishes.

... etc, etc.

Well, we appear to be pretty close to breaking Maria completely. This disturbs me far more than pyromanical madwomen and the like.

To put it bluntly: yeah, I don't even know what the heck anymore.

All that residual psychic energy from the pacification of Iris really needs to go to ground somewhere. Otherwise it could collapse into a pocket dimension full of giant monsters or something.

I think you're onto the right idea, except that there's probably already a pocket dimension full of giant monsters. Where else would all these demons be coming from?

What happened to her arm?!

... oh christ, I hadn't even noticed that until you pointed it out.

Holding any of the L or R buttons will remove the message window. Here's what Kohran's pose was SUPPOSED to look like, before the window sliced off her extremities:

It's an improvement, no? I also hadn't noticed how ridiculously THIN Kohran was until I took this screenshot. Of course...

That's her bionic arm. She pulled it off to expose the flamethrower nozzle in her left bicep.

She took it off so she could plug the handcannon in, then she forgot.

... those answers work, too.

Also, my copy of Sakura Wars DS arrived in the mail a day or so ago, and I've been playing it almost nonstop. Despite my misgivings, it's proven to be a relatively solid roguelike; though the difficulty can get pretty vicious, it's still quite amusing to watch as the confusion status wipes out your entire team.

[Ogami]

Alright, I know you're confused, but try attacking that monster in front of y--

[Kanna]

IT'S KANNA TIME!

[Ogami]

Wait! Wai-- NO, KANNA, NO!!

>KANNA hits OGAMI for 40 damage!
>KANNA hits OGAMI for 38 damage!
>KANNA hits OGAMI for 51 damage!
>OGAMI has died!

... and so on, and so forth.
